really nervous today....

Just trying to make it another day in the hospital on bed rest.... Contractions have not been really bad at all, thank goodness! Had a few yesterday but they went away on their own and didn't have any today that i was aware of. Sometimes it is really hard to tell if they are true contractions or if its just the babies moving around. Either way my stomach starts to tighten up. When one baby starts moving the others get going too!
Starting late last week, I developed a rash all over my body...which is not fun to say the least! It feels like poison ivy....ouch! The doctors are not sure what it is from, they think it could either be pupps which is something that just comes with pregnancy sometimes or it could be caused from my liver. They did some blood work 2 days ago to see if it is my liver and will take a few days for test results to come back. If it is my liver they will try to give me meds for it but if that does not work they will have to deliver the babies! I pray that it is not!! I made it this far.....   :(

I am also really nervous now about the c section.....the first night we were admitted to the hospital a doctor told me if they had to do a emergency c section they would do the incision vertically.
I asked my doctor this morning about it and she said her team wanted to do it vertically but she was undecided and was leaning towards a horizontal incision..it all depended on when the babies where coming and what was going on at the time...I m really hoping they do it horizontal but of course i want whatever is best for my babies. Its just that i think its starting to set in that i will be going into surgery at all.....even thou I've always known i would have a c section! I'm getting scared....I just wish i knew that everything was going to be okay  :(

Glad today is almost over....hoping i will feel more better tomorrow!

  1. Praying for you and your babies. I know hospital bed rest is hard, but you're doing great!
